The Datum360 Connected Data Platform is recognised as one of the most comprehensive, open, configurable, trusted data backbones for the management of engineering information, a trusted place to go to get to the truth about engineered assets quickly, securely, and efficiently. We provide our Connected Data Platform to the process, energy, mining, utilities & infrastructure sectors.
As a trusted data backbone, the Connected Data Platform is a critical component (for the whole lifecycle of an asset) that is necessary to build collaboration environments involving, for instance, engineering design systems, asset management, BIM, field data collection, 3D visualisation, GIS, and workflow.
Due to the significant ongoing success of the business, we are looking to recruit a number of Technical Sales Consultants with experience in relevant sectors and who have had involvement in asset information and software or data integration projects. These consultants will help evangelise, demonstrate and articulate the Datum360 Connected Data Platform value to engineering service providers, contractors, owner-operators and equipment vendors. Industry sector and sales environment experience, preferably from an operations or engineering background, are important.

About the role
As a Technical Sales Consultant, reporting to the Sales Director, you will be involved in every stage of the client engagement, supporting sales staff in a pre-sales capacity, preparing technical solutions and delivery plans that achieve the client's desired outcomes. As a key member of the global team, you will be called on for your experience and opinion to assist in the growth of the business, alongside delivery of individual customer successes.
You will focus most of your time on the evangelising, design, and delivery of the Connected Data Platform, which includes:
Working alongside our fast-moving sales team providing industry knowledge and support to our clients
Engaging with clients at all levels in their organisation and building on current relationships
Assisting clients to mitigate risk and improve their efficiency
